CorePartners follows reliable and proven methodologies for the project management, consistent with the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) Guide that provides effective management of design, processes of collection, documentation requirements, as well as processing of their change, management of development processes and solutions implementation.

Special attention is paid to the selection of project management personnel/management, the main responsibilities of which include:

  • Protocol and the history of the set of modules/implemented requirements
  • Report on the completion of the project
